If you were in "custody" and not informed of your right to remain silent, any statements made to law enforcement should not be used against you. The court will have to first consider whether you were in "custody". Determining whether a person is in custody may be a perplexing situation. You will need an experienced attorney to review the specific facts involved to your case. Doing so will likely lead to the statements being suppressed.
